FURRIER

A furrier is a craftsman who makes and otherwise deals with clothing made of fur. Fur is a highly precious material. Therefor the furrier tries to make as little waste material as possible. Therefore the original skin shape is transformed into the shape of the clothing pattern by cutting, reassembling, stitching, stretching and nailing.

I used the techniques of the furrier to give shape to the skins I saved from the destruction company.

Note: I want to make clear that I do not use skins from animals that where bred for their fur.
